swahrez said: Regardless of if you have bpd or bipolar disorder w.e it may be, I know it is extremely difficult but you cant constantly blame your actions on the illness. You have to make an effort to try and get better or even learn to live with it. Learn your triggers and learn to sense an episode is coming but you can NOT take it out on other people and then blame the illness. I struggled a lot and consistently created a pattern of lashing out and not taking responsibility.
