The core of BPD is that one or more relationships in your life are affected because of difficulty regulating emotions, “black and white thinking”, and impulsive/destructive behaviour. Part of the “black and white thinking” component is that you may find yourself swinging between intense adoration/ idolization, and absolute distrust/ hatred.
